The content on this website is provided for general information about DC Renovations and its services. Project photos, timelines, and pricing ranges are illustrative; every project receives a written, fixed-price proposal that governs the work.
Estimates and proposals
Free estimates are non-binding. A project begins only after a signed agreement that describes scope, price, schedule, allowances, and warranty terms.
Warranty
DC Renovations provides a 5-year workmanship warranty on remodeling projects and a 10-year structural warranty on new construction, subject to the terms in your project agreement. Manufacturer warranties on materials pass through to you.
